We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at liangh2006@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Non-Returnable Items Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
